MMA - MIXED MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
Hard Knox Fitness Mixed Martial Arts program is a combination of techniques from all Martial Arts Sports, which include, but are not limited to, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Jiu Jitsu. These techniques are selected by how frequently and effectively they have been used in genuine fighting situations in a ring, on a mat, or in a cage. It if it does not work there, we do not teach it here!
To join the MMA workouts, a student must first learn the basic portions of Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing, because this is where the MMA curriculum begins (from the “Stand Up” position). Students then learn how to transition from Boxing or Kickboxing to the basics of takedowns, how to gain and maintain position and how take advantage of that position with a submission hold or striking.
MMA training will help:
- You stay in shape, look and feel better, and be able to defend yourself.
- You to grow stronger—both physically and mentally.
- You improves reaction time, balance, coordination, and muscular endurance
Our facility has a full mixed martial arts cage, two full size rings, mat space to accommodate any size class, and plenty of training bags and pads. No matter what age or skill level you are, Hard Kknox Fitness MMA has the right program for you. We offer several mixed martial arts classes per week. Come experience the success.
